Turmeric Coconut Lime Sorbet

2 cans (14oz) organic, unsweetened coconut milk
1 can (11.25oz) Nature's Charm sweetened condensed coconut milk
Zest of 1 lime
5 limes, juiced
1 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Add mixture to your favorite ice cream maker. When maker is done, scoop the ice cream into a freezer container and place the container of ice cream in the freezer for a couple of hours.  Scoop ice cream and serve.  If ice cream is too solid to scoop, allow the ice cream to rest at room temperature until desired softness is achieved.  Alternatively, place ice cream in a microwave and cook on high for about 30 seconds.  The sorbet will have a snow-like consistency.
