Japanese Restaurant Salad Dressing


1/2 cup soaked raw cashews
1/3 cup soy milk
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
2 tbsp soy sauce
3-4 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1-2 tsp sugar

Add all ingredients to a blender.  Blend until smooth and creamy.
