Vegan "Pork" Roast or Buffalo Chick'n Wings or Vegan Lunch Meat or....
I have used Vegan Dad's recipe for Veggie Lunch Meat several times as a roast substitute and served it with grainy mustard and garnishes of Herbes de Provence. The texture can be a bit chewy, but it tastes great nonetheless. It's a great source of protein, as long as you do not have a gluten sensitivity or celiac disease.
I've also used this recipe as a chicken substitute for making Buffalo Chick'n Wings.
