Mad Scientist Christmas Fudge

This is straight from Heidi @ 101 cookbooks.com. I used 1 1/2 cups of Ghiradelli 60% cacoa bittersweet chips. I tried Heidi's suggestion of 3/4 cup coconut oil in place of butter. I could not find Ricemellow creme. So I just used about 1 cup of store bought marshmallows. I opted for pecans instead of walnuts---guess that's just the native Texan in me. It gave a subtle coconut flavor, but it wasn't overpowering---still incredible rich and delicious.
